All recordings are provided digitally.
3. Orders & Payments
Prices are agreed before work begins
Work starts after payment confirmation (unless otherwise agreed)
Payments are non-refundable once recording has started
4. Revisions
We provide free revisions only for:
Our mistakes
Mispronunciations
Technical errors
Changes to the script after recording may require extra fees.
5. Usage Rights
When you pay for a voiceover, you receive the right to use the audio only for the agreed purpose (e.g., ad, YouTube, IVR, etc.).
You may not:
Resell
License
Redistribute
Or reuse the voice recording in a different project
Without written permission from Voice Tale Studio.
6. Voice Talent Rights
All voices are licensed, not sold.
Voice Tale and its talents keep full ownership of:
Their voices
Their performances
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
You own or have rights to the script you submit
Your content does not violate copyright, law, or ethics
Voice Tale is not responsible for illegal or infringing content.
8. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on:
Project size
Talent availability
Revisions
Estimated times are not guarantees.
9. Limitation of Liability
Voice Tale is not responsible for:
Business losses
Missed profits
Indirect damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
